About Kim

The more I experience, the more I know  we should not deny our feelings.  It's o.k. to be sad, to cry, and feel pain as well as joy.  We don't hide it anyway; we only fool ourselves when we try. 

I am a self taught artist.  I've always had a love for art, especially the female form and face and have been drawing for over 10 years. It is only recently that I discovered how wonderful it is to experiment and create with paint.  Painting allows me to have not only the creative outlet I crave, but a place to express my feelings in a constructive way.  It is my therapy.  I hope you enjoy my website and if you feel moved to do so, please email me at: kim@kimburdette.com.
